A. Money back Warranty:
Our commitment goes to make sure that your purchase matches your desires. To us that means the piece of jewelry you get is the right one for you, so it allows you to express your individuality in style. We want that the jewel you imagine and the one you received meets not only your budget but your expectations too. So if for any reason you are not happy or do not like the item you have bought you can return and/or exchange it anytime within 30 days of purchase. You may ask for a refund or exchange it for any other item that suits you better.
To extend this warranty to your purchase is essential that the item is returned in its original condition. The jewel must not show sign of wear, damage or alteration.
This warranty may not apply to certain clearance sales items.
B. Return and Exchange Policy:
When returning merchandise you should return it in the original packaging. It is important to enclose with the item a copy of the sales receipt (or/and a copy of sale invoice). In the return/exchange included you must write in the reason why you are returning the item. In addition you must indicate whether you want to return or exchange the merchandise. You must also mark the package accordingly writing on the parcel or box the word Return or Exchange.
The package should be addressed to the exact name of Dellure-Jewels, LLC. When shipping, you must pay for return postage via US Postal Service to our P.O.Box. We recommend you purchase Delivery Confirmation to be able to track the delivery status of the package.
Dellure Jewels will not be responsible for loss or damage of packages returned by you.
Your return or exchange will be processed in a reasonable time. It will be processed within 10 business days from the arrival. A credit will be issued or an adjustment will be processed to your credit card within 15 business days of receiving the item. You will also receive an email confirming the transaction.
Upon the inspection of the returned merchandise, Dellure Jewels will refund the cost of returned items paid, plus applicable price less original shipping charges by crediting your charged card or issuing a company check.
No merchandise will be refunded if traces of make-up, and/or perfumes are visible on the item. In this case the merchandise will be shipped back to the customer.
In the event that at the time of the purchase you were entitled to free shipping based on the total amount of your order, and your return drops the total paid below the threshold that allowed to earn free shipping, we will charge you for the shipping cost of the original purchase.
On the other hand, if your purchase entitled you to a free gift based on the total paid for your order and the returns drop this total below the free gift threshold, you must return the gift. If you decide to keep the gift, we would charge you the value of the gift as stated on our free gift offer.
